Marvens Jean, APRN, MBA, BSN, RN, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the medical field. Educated at Purdue Global University and Davenport University, among others, he holds degrees in Nursing and Health Care Management. Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner and RN in Florida, Marvens also boasts certifications in CPR and ACLS.
His background includes roles as an Operating Room Nurse and a Surgical Technician, demonstrating his adaptability and competence in diverse medical environments.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Marvens is a committed First Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve, where he utilizes his medical expertise in various capacities, including as a Perioperative Nurse. His military service is marked by several prestigious awards, reflecting his dedication to excellence.
Marvens’s passion for healthcare extends into volunteer work, having contributed his skills in emergency rooms and veteran hospitals. Fluent in French and Creole, he enhances patient care in multicultural settings. Outside the hospital, Marvens enjoys sports, emphasizing his well-rounded approach to life and health. His holistic perspective on wellness and patient care makes him a valuable asset to any medical team.

Martin Castillo is the director of our Physical Therapy clinics. He has over 30 years experience in orthopedics as well as is currently involved in research that will enhance the recovery of our patients while utilizing the latest evidenced based care. He is a clinical instructor for the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Nova Southeastern University. Under his leadership we perform Return to Play assessments as well as biomechanical assessments for highschool to professional athletes.
