Anna Moskovitz grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, eventually making the move down south to attend the University of Florida. There, she completed her bachelor’s degree in biology.  She then went on to earn her Master of Medical Science in physician assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University, graduating with honors. She is licensed in Florida and is nationally certified as a Physician Assistant (PA-C).


As an avid horseback rider and gym fanatic, Anna understands firsthand the importance of movement and is devoted to getting her patients back to doing the activities they enjoy.   She is trained to assist her supervising physicians in a wide variety of procedures including ultrasound guided injections as well as total joint repairs and replacements. Whether she is developing tailored treatment plans or spending the extra time to address her patients’ questions, Anna’s passion to learn and help others makes her valuable member of our team.

Martin Castillo is the director of our Physical Therapy clinics. He has over 30 years experience in orthopedics as well as is currently involved in research that will enhance the recovery of our patients while utilizing the latest evidenced based care. He is a clinical instructor for the Doctorate of Physical Therapy program at Nova Southeastern University. Under his leadership we perform Return to Play assessments as well as biomechanical assessments for highschool to professional athletes.

NSCA – National Strength & Conditioning Association, CSCS – Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Certified Kinesio Taping Technician, Graston Technique.
