Before my shoulder replacement with Dr. Gupta, I had limited movement in my arm. It was painful to get dressed and drive. After surgery, I returned to normal movement in 2 weeks! At 5 1/2 weeks, I was driving and doing everything else I couldn’t do before and had no more pain. My experience with SOC was excellent and having the procedures was one of the best decisions I could have made.
In August 2010, I came to be under your excellent care for an ankle fracture. From September though October 2010, I was in physical therapy with Avi Bregman and Martin Castillo. Although I had never been in physical therapy and had no one with whom to compare them; I feel compelled to write you. I want you to know why I found these two gentlemen to be so remarkable.
I can happily say that I’m very pleased with the results I’m experiencing. Two weeks after my surgery, I was able to return to my normal activities. My experience was wonderful, from the doctor who is warm and caring, to the attentive and knowledgeable staff, I couldn’t have had a better experience.
Through my whole process, Dr. Gupta and his staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Dr. Gupta explained the Anterior Hip Replacement procedure thoroughly and the procedure went extremely well. I started exercising and walking the day after surgery. After three days, I was sent home and continued to exercise and walked every day. By week four, I was walking 1-½ miles in 30 minute without any pain! Soon after I was performing normal activities and by week 6 was cleared to return to work. My overall experience was excellent, I never thought I’d be able to walk again without a limp or be pain free. I’m extremely thankful to Dr. Gupta for returning me to a normal life again.
Dr. Gupta was great. I was in pain day and night and nothing would take care of the pain. I couldn’t sleep. After I did the anterior hip surgery, after recovery, I was great. I can do stairs, the treadmill, live my life with no problem. I could not walk in the mall before, and now I can. I recommend Dr. Manish Gupta 100% to everyone who I meet who has a problem with the hip. He’s a wonderful doctor!
